Crynodeb
We are a busy and friendly department which covers elective orthopaedics, colorectal, urology, general surgery and breast specialties on elective surgical lists Monday through Friday. This role consists of varied and diverse manual handling tasks involving both patients and supplies, and the candidate will be required to spend long periods on their feet, and be capable of working both independently and under the direction of trained healthcare staff. Strong communication skills are essential and the importance of the theatre orderly role in liaising with colleagues, task prioritisation and assisting our patients is crucial to ensuring we maintain a safe, welcoming and friendly environment for our patients.
