The RoleWe’re looking for a commercially driven, results-focused Branch Manager to lead our Bournemouth team to new heights.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong business development experience and a passion for leading people. You’ll take ownership of branch performance, develop new client relationships, and grow our presence in the local market — all while maintaining our reputation for quality and care.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Driving business growth through proactive sales and relationship management

Building, maintaining, and expanding client partnerships across the region

Leading, motivating, and developing your branch team to achieve targets

About You
