About the Adult Support Workers role:

Elwood Recruitment are recruiting dedicated and committed support workers to provide care and support to vulnerable young people ages 16+ within a short breaks service based in Wolverhampton.

As part of the care and support team you will assist in providing personal care, support and independent living skills to young people living with complex health needs, sensory impairment, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sexualised behaviours.

You will be expected to support with a wide range of activities designed to promote independence.

On offer we have flexible shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, giving you full control of when you would like to work. Candidates can expect to be offered a mixture of earlies, lates, long days and waking nights on a weekly basis.

Essential Experience:

Care & Support Work: 6 Months in the UK
