Your new role
- Establish continuity in the classroom by guiding pupils with thoughtfully planned lessons tailored to your teaching strengths
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to foster a consistent and inclusive learning environment
- Follow established schemes of work while adapting content to meet the needs of learners
- Contribute to the wider school community, collaborating with colleagues to support pupil progress and wellbeing
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and create a respectful, positive classroom culture
- Embrace the ethos and routines of each school, adapting confidently to different policies and frameworks
What you'll need to succeed
- QTS and previous experience teaching within primary education
- A confident, flexible approach to managing behaviour and delivering lessons across varied age groups
- Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with pupils, families, and school teams
- The ability to settle quickly into new environments and maintain consistency over time
- Availability for long-term roles starting immediately, after October half-term, or in January
