Bristol - Full Time (Shift Pattern Applies)

Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time, versatile, enthusiastic, and neatly presented Chauffeur, responsible for driving VIP clients in a pleasant and timely fashion. The successful candidate will have the professional capability to multi-task and react to changing circumstances.
-Adhere to planned travel requirements and drive clients to and from their intended destinations.
-Complete all task and reporting paperwork in accordance with legal requirements and operating procedures.
-Ensure vehicles are well maintained and report any faults to the management team.
-Clean vehicles, ensuring all vehicles utilised by the department and establishment are maintained in a presentable condition.
-Maintain a pro-active approach to Health & Safety ensuring that there are no reportable accidents/incidents to yourself or others in the vicinity of your areas of responsibility that are attributable to negligence.
-Carry out other reasonable tasks as required; this could include cover for other Mitie team members and other building management and access control duties.
-Actively promote a safe working culture and adhere to the Health and Safety procedures, processes, and the law.
What we are looking for
A reliable, trustworthy, competent, and physically fit person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confident, self-motivated, and able to use own initiative, highly responsive to company and customer requirements. Pro-active and consistent with the ability to adapt quickly to the different needs of the business and:
-Full clean Driving License.
-Driver CPC qualification desirable.
-Understanding of and compliant with all aspects of Road Transport legislation.
-Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles.
-Possess good written and numerical skills.
-Good geographic knowledge.
-Capability to multi-task when and where needed, as required by the business.
-Effective interpersonal communication skills
-Flexible approach to accommodate changing requirements and priorities
-Good customer facing skills and the ability to develop close working relationships
-Basic IT literacy.
