Crynodeb
Undertake, routine non-invasive diagnostic clinical cardiac procedures e.g. 12 lead ECGs and fitting ambulatory ECG and BP monitors under supervision initially until signed as competent to carry out procedures safely without requiring additional supervision. To obtain Cardiac Investigation results and bring forward urgent abnormal results to ensure that medical attention is sort in timely manner. To ensure all information and messages received from patients, colleagues and medical staff are communicated efficiently and correctly. This can be of a sensitive or complex nature. Co-ordinate administration matters in the absence of the Department Support Manager, ensuring all duties are completed in an effective and efficient manner to ensure an optimum service is maintained at all times. Respond positively and promptly to enquiries and problems received from patients, medical staff and other agencies, using initiative to take appropriate action in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
