We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our client's kitchen team at Kielder Waterside Restaurant, part of Northumbrian Water’s stunning Kielder site. This is a great opportunity to work in a beautiful location, producing high-quality dishes as part of a passionate and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
- Assisting other chefs during busy service periods
- Helping with deliveries and restocking supplies
- Assisting with stock rotation and inventory checks
- Cleaning and maintaining workstations
- Contributing to maintaining excellent kitchen and food safety standards
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional kitchen
- A passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
