We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Classroom Cover Supervisor to cover for short term teacher absence. You will cover lessons of any subject using the cover work set by the teacher, set high expectations to motivate and challenge students whilst managing behaviour effectively and promoting a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with students of all ages (Years 7-13) and have the ability to command respect and control a class in the teacher’s absence. This is a key role in supporting the day to day running of the school.
