Exciting Opportunities - Mailroom Operatives in Corby!

Pay: £13.02 per hour, up to £15.02 per hour including shift allowance

Variety of shift patterns available:

  • Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00
  • Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00
  • Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 20:00
  • Monday to Thursday, 10:00 - 22:00 (with an early finish on Thursday)
  • Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 - 22:00 (with an early finish on Friday)

Join our client's prestigious Government project in Corby, where full training is provided, and you'll be part of a highly organised team working with sensitive and confidential information.

Your role as a Mailroom Operative will include:

  • Document/Mail Inbound
  • Document Prep
  • Document Scanning & Processing
  • Document Release & Mail Prep Outbound

As part of the team, you will:

  • Handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Interpret and analyse data accurately
  • Key/type information to set targets
  • Follow detailed processes meticulously
  • Make decisions and escalate issues appropriately
  • Confidently use IT systems and applications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and concentration
  • Strong IT and data-handling skills
  • Ability to work to target volumes while maintaining quality
  • Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • A positive, team-oriented approach
