An exciting opportunity for a Motorhome Sales Executive within the Bournemouth area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client.
Working within a Family- run Motorhome Dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer
service.

- Competitive basic salary plus commission structure. Up to £25,000 basic. £35,000 OTE in the first year.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales — ideally within the automotive, leisure vehicle, or caravan industry.
- A warm, professional manner and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident working both independently and as part of a small team.
- A genuine interest in helping customers find the right motorhome for their lifestyle.
- A full UK driving licence.
Duties:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom and on the forecourt.
- Providing knowledgeable, friendly guidance on motorhome models, features, and options.
- Managing enquiries from phone, email, and online channels.
- Handling test drives, demonstrations, and finance discussions.
- Preparing and completing all necessary sales paperwork.
- Maintaining excellent aftersales communication to build long-term relationships.
For your hard work as a Motor Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £35,000 per annum.
It is essential that you hold a current UK driving License and have a real passion for Car Sales and the Motor Trade.
