TKO JUSTICE MENTORS — X 1 LUTON — COMMUNITY — PART TIME — X2 DAYS PER WEEK — WEEKDAYS (DAYS OF CHOICE)
TKO have a fantastic opportunity to join the team delivering an exciting contract within a community setting (Luton).
THE ROLE
Using Sport as our main tool of engagement, TKO will work closely with individuals currently released from Prison Custody or placed on community orders.
You will not only provide motivational guidance to those who are referred to TKO, but also demonstrate the transferable skills that Sport and Wellbeing brings to help to provide a path to a better future, whatever that may look like.
THE INDIVIDUAL
Ideally someone who has a background in at Elite / High Level Sport , who is driven in order to help others succeed.
You should be flexible in your approach, in that your role will be a blend of delivering Sports and Health & Wellbeing sessions, whilst also presenting a variety of workshops provided to you by TKO.
The perfect candidate should be confident and committed whilst taking ownership of their own contract area and often supporting our clients who may have complex needs.
