Responsibilities:
• Create a Project Management Plan based on CHAMP Project Management Methodology detailing the objective, scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, project life cycle broken down into work packages, deliverables, key milestones, high-level plan, and governance structure
• Create project plans according to the defined CHAMP methodology to minimize risks and issues and maximise the chances of success
• Manage the successful delivery of the project from initiation to closure against the agreed project plan and scope
• Manage project deliverables and ensure that they are to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and coherent with the overall project objectives and related business strategy (if any) as defined in the Project Management Plan
• Regularly track progress of the activities and the deliverables to ensure that they
are completed on time and to the required quality levels
• Obtain customer acceptance of the project deliverables and conduct a customer satisfaction survey at end of project
• Monitor all progress and take mitigation actions to avoid risks being triggered and
take recovery actions if the risk occurs
• Manage and validate all scope changes within the CHAMP project governance
structure
• Raise Change Requests as required and obtain appropriate customer and internal approvals, in line with project governance
• Represent the project externally and internally by communicating and reporting on project status to the customer and internally to the CHAMP project governance structure
• Produce regular and accurate progress reports and present the project status at appropriate Project Review Boards
• Ensure all project meetings are documented to reduce miscommunication risk and ensure traceability of decisions
• Manage and deploy CHAMP resources/customer/joint Project Team(s) and
contributors according to project requirements and for the successful delivery of
the project
• Manage the customer to ensure the customer fulfils its obligations
• Manage 3rd party suppliers, to ensure they deliver to time, quality, and budget
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life and support the Account Manager in ensuring that CHAMP meets its commercial objectives for the project and develops its relationship with the customer
• Ensure that an effective transition to CHAMP Global Operations Centre, and other relevant stakeholders, is achieved and conduct a review of any lessons learned
• Ensure that a proper handover is made to the CHAMP Service Manager at the end of the project
• Follow the project closure process and ensure lessons learnt is complete, that will provide input into the CHAMP continuous improvement process
• Contribute to the overall evolution of the Global Project Delivery team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Formal project management training and certification, PMP certified recommended
• Successful delivery of two or more medium (> EUR 1m) mission critical
projects with full budget control
• Competent in project management tools and MS Office
• Proven track record in delivering complex, wide-ranging projects in a timely manner
• Proven experience in scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, customer management, stakeholder management, 3rd Party management, quality management and procurement management
• Proven commercial understanding, with ability to manage subcontractor relationships
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure and architecture will be an asset
• Flexible, dynamic, and creative
• A hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Clearly client-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
• Well established organization, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory, other
languages will be an asset

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business
Management, Business Engineering, IT Engineering or similar
• Ideally 5 years in a SaaS solutions provider environment with knowledge of CHAMP-like products and underlying technologies
• At least 5 years demonstrable track record in managing customer facing implementation projects

The selected candidate may be subject to the provision of an up-to-date (not older than 3 months) criminal record certificate.
Security: the successful candidate will have to comply with CHAMP Security Requirements (including but not limited to CHAMP’s IT Security Policies, especially the ISMS Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, mandatory courses, confidentiality and data protection, use of company assets, and incident reporting)
