We are a Telematics company based in Corby, established since 2004 and continuing to expand.
We are seeking a confident, dedicated, and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to work within a busy accounts department. We are looking for an organised and experienced individual with a friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Experience of Sage is preferred.
Duties will include:
Responsibility for the sales ledger of the company:
• Using our bespoke jobs database to generate weekly invoice reports.
• Using the report to identify costs and prices.
• Completing the invoice summary and closing jobs down on the database.
• Creating invoices on Sage and forwarding to customers.
• Month end statements and credit control as necessary.
• Liaising with customers and staff members to deal with queries.
Other database duties::
• Generating daily income summaries from the database to provide up to date information for managers.
• Creating engineer information for overtime and performance reasons
• Other reports as necessary..
This role can develop further to cover all aspects of the accounts department in time.
Skills:
• Dedicated and enthusiastic attitude.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise your own workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Computer literate with experience of working on Sage as well as Microsoft..
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
