Join us as a Lead Content Designer

What you'll do
As a Lead Content Designer on Mobile and Online Banking, you’ll deliver complex projects and programmes, as well as managing and coaching other content designers. You’ll be developing the content strategy, executing the creation of content and managing content approvals to help create compelling, engaging and comprehensible user experiences across a range of products, platforms and devices.
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Designing high quality, usable, accessible and consistent content for web and mobile experiences across all touch points
- Driving improvements across processes, collaboration, and content standards, while establishing best practices and governance for content design throughout the organisation
- Ensuring content decisions align with user needs and are informed and evidenced through robust user research and data
- Creating, evolving and promoting the use of content standards, guidance and processes ensuring these meet user needs
- Champion AI-first content design, exploring how tools and automation can enhance efficiency, quality, and experimentation
- Driving collaboration across design disciplines making sure content is considered in every stage of design
The skills you'll need
You’ll have an extensive content design portfolio demonstrating creative and analytical thinking to deliver user centred experiences. You’ll have worked across a variety of platforms and applications along with significant experience in supporting human centred design processes.
We’ll also be looking for:
- Experience as a senior or lead content designer
- Experience leading and coaching others to reach their potential
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail, clarity, and tone of voice
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, research-based content design while managing competing priorities
- Collaborative mindset, able to influence and inspire across disciplines and teams
