We’re looking for reliable and customer-focused Van Drivers to join our team in Brigg, delivering bespoke endurance doors across the UK. Each delivery involves manual handling of doors averaging 55kg, with support from tail lifts and trollies to ensure safe unloading.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform multi-drop deliveries of bespoke endurance doors

Safely load and unload deliveries using provided equipment
- Occasionally stay overnight (max 2 nights/week, accommodation provided)
- Maintain professional customer-facing etiquette

Communicate delivery issues or customer queries to management

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (held for at least 24 months preferred)

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- IT literate (for basic delivery tracking and communication)

Hours: Early starts between 04:00 – 06:00 |
Average 45–50 hours/week
Overtime: Paid at time and a half for all hours over 40
Nights Out: Up to 2 per week (paid £25/night + accommodation provided)
Salary: Starting at £12.70/hour, rising to £13.50/hour after 12 weeks.
OT paid at time and a half for all hours over for (£19.05 pre 12 weeks/£20.25 post 12 weeks)
