Interview: Monday 3 November 2025 Bridge Learning Campus is seeking friendly, patient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our lunchtime support team. The role involves supporting children aged 3–11 in developing their dining and social skills, creating positive play experiences on the playground, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality lunchtime environment. Lunchtime is a key part of the school day, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference to each child’s experience at school.

To supervise, guide and assist children so as to ensure the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of pupils during their lunchtime period. General Duties:
To assist in the lunchtime supervision of pupils to ensure that the meal is completed on time in a safe and hygienic setting
Report behaviour observations to a teacher in order for them to maintain the school’s standard of discipline and behaviour
Work to school policies to maintain a safe environment for pupils and other staff
To follow TiLA policies and procedures, especially those relating to child protection and health and safety;
Be aware of and support difference and ensure all students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop. Fluency Duty:This role has been identified as falling within the definition of requiring fluency in spoken English. You will be required to converse in spoken English with ease and provide accurate advice around complex situations without hesitation or difficulty for extended periods of time.
