As we expand into our new facility, we're looking to welcome enthusiastic warehouse operatives to support the site's launch and growth. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our daily operations, taking on a diverse range of warehouse tasks that keep everything running smoothly
How you create impact
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems to meet operational requirements for individual and team productivity performance standards including accuracy
- Respond constructively to customer and internal department requests
- Provide accurate individual productivity performance measurement figures e.g. daily activity tracker
- Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and share ideas
- Report stock reconciliation issues found to Team Leader
What we would like you to bring
- Understanding warehouse practices e.g. receipting, picking, loading
- Experience of working to agreed targets
- Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines in an organised and informed manner
- Knowledge of Health and Safety at work
