ADMINISTRATION & ORGANISATION ASSISTANT (LEVEL 1)
Contract 12 months.
The post is temporary subject to the review of school staffing budget and structure and may become permanent
Required as soon as possible.
The governors are seeking to appoint an Administration & Organisation Assistant to join our friendly school.
Hours of work are 20hrs per week, 8.30am to 12:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, worked in accordance with service requirements.
We are excited to have the opportunity to appoint an Administration & Organisation Assistant who will be:
- A friendly, approachable and welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers to the school.
- Reliable, organised and accurate with a ‘right first time’ attitude.
- Experienced in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Able to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, staff and governors.
