An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Administrator looking to take their next step and join the team at ctrg in Newport, NP10 9SA

Your pay rate as a full time Administrator:
You will be paid £12.80 per hour
Typical working hours as a full time Administrator:
You will be working 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 15.30-00.30
Your role as a full time Administrator:
- Resource, register and retain suitable candidates
- Understand the ongoing needs of the client
- Consistently deliver on client requirements
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met
- Deal with candidate queries
- Enter accurate candidate data into shift allocation database
- Coordinate open days and assessment days
- Undertake any other duties as required by the On-Site Manager

- Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Be professional and presentable at all times
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
- Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods
