Crynodeb
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self motivated Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse. You will need to be able to engage proactively with individuals using the principles of recovery to provide effective mental healthcare for patients across the mental health spectrum, alongside care coordination for some patients under the Care Programme Approach. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the service and develop your own skills and attributes. Duties will include involvement in managing medication, administering depots, case management of clients with complex mental health needs, utilising professional core skills, working with family and friends. This post would suit an experienced qualified mental health nurse looking to develop their community skills. .
