Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required (minimum 1 day per week)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday between 8am and 5.30pm, and Friday between 8am and 5pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Compliance Advisor, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in ensuring compliance with right to work, immigration, and employment screening processes across Kier.
Your day to day will include:
-Providing guidance on UK immigration enquiries and managing the HR Compliance queue in Oracle Service Cloud
-Supporting Skilled Worker sponsorship procedures and processing certificates of sponsorship
-Delivering training and workshops on compliance topics such as Right to Work and the Settlement Scheme
-Administering DBS, BPSS, and security clearance checks, including visa expiry reminders and renewals
-Ensuring compliance with Home Office licences and undertaking internal spot checks
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Compliance Advisor is great for you if:
-You have experience with right to work processes and the UKVI Sponsorship Management System
-You have strong communication skills and attention to detail
-You're confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Oracle
-You're self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
-You have knowledge of immigration and employment law compliance
