Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As a Process Technician at our Bristol HSSU Hub, you'll bring a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills. You're organised with good communication skills - and ideally, you're able to show evidence of sterile services training.
As a Process Technician, you will:

Help to ensure all equipment is in good working order

Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report any faults

Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

Take action to resolve any problems

Escalate issues where necessary

Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures

Bank Workers will be paid annual leave based on their statutory annual leave entitlement. Leave will be awarded at 12.07% of hours worked. Shift enhancements are paid at 30% and 20% of basic hourly rate for unsocial hours. Double time (x2) for Public/Bank Holidays.
Bank Workers must advise the reporting manager of their availability when rotas are being prepared.
