About the roleAs a Tech Bar Support Specialist with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM), you will collaborate with our client's IT Support and Infrastructure Team. You will be responsible for facilitating device handovers and supporting users through a mobile migration process.Tell me more, tell me moreOur client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference. You can also ask our friendly recruitment team any questions you may have about the role, between 09.00am and 17.00pm Monday to Friday.Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Location: Hawewater House - Warrington , WA5 3LP Contract Duration: 27 October 2025 to 19 December 2025 (8 weeks)Roles and Responsibilities* Facilitating handover of new mobile devices and collection of legacy devices * Recording all handovers and returns, providing daily/weekly summary reports * Supporting users migrating from Workspace ONE to MDM or setting up new devices, following the agreed migration approach * Providing additional remote support via Microsoft Teams (or similar) for all users in scopeOther stuff we're potentially looking for* Strong communication and organisational skills * Experience with mobile device deployment and MDM platforms * Ability to work independently and manage daily reporting * Comfortable providing remote support and troubleshootingWhat's in it for youOur client loves to reward their people for doing a great job. * This is an 8-week contract * An hourly rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.54 PAYE or £18.87 via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company * This role is fully on-site, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30Clearance: No formal clearance required, but an account will be created for the resource, along with a laptop.
