Client Services Administrator
Dundee (Office-Based)
£13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Temporary (until March 2026)
33hrs per week, ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a professional and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join a busy office-based team in Dundee. This role involves handling confidential enquiries, managing case documentation, and providing accurate information to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach
  • Manage case files including documentation, system updates, and background research
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate follow-up actions and maintain detailed records
  • Support general administrative tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
