The Role
- Manage customer inquiries from inception to order fulfilment, involving consultation, thorough review, and understanding of customer requirements.
- Confirm and accurately quote the correct product specification by comprehending relevant Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets.
- Collaborate with production personnel to address any issues on open orders or repair requirements promptly.
- Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments, showcasing your ability to work under pressure as a valuable team member.
The Candidate
- Ideally educated to HND/HNC Level in Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets is a plus.
