We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill in Street. Located in the heart of Somerset, Street offers a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere, with a mix of loyal local shoppers and tourists. Known for its retail heritage and as home to Clarks Village, Street is a thriving town with excellent footfall and retail potential.

As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for all customers. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail leader who is confident working on their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Lead your team to meet and exceed sales targets, encouraging a performance-driven culture.
Operational Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards, while managing costs.
Maximise Profitability: Implement effective sales strategies and local promotions.
Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver a first-class experience for every customer.
Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and opportunities for career growth.
