Crynodeb
We are seeking a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to manage the end-to-end purchasing process for our group of hospitality stores. The role includes sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring stock levels and ensuring cost-effective delivery of materials and equipment. The successful candidate will develop procurement strategies, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure compliance with UK food safety and sustainability standards. Experience in supply-chain management or purchasing within a multi-site hospitality or retail business is highly desirable. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. An interest in Asian cuisine and familiarity with ingredients or suppliers in the Asian food sector would be an advantage. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese would also be an advantage but not essential.
