Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + £4k OTE + Bonus +

Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 17:30

Location: Redditch, Worcs - OFFICE BASED

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

A well-established logistics company, is looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join their busy team. You’ll manage and grow existing client accounts, reactivate dormant customers, and generate Air, Road, and Sea freight quotations.

This is a hands-on role for a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing client accounts to maximise revenue
• Rejuvenate inactive client accounts and uncover new opportunities
• Generate accurate freight quotations and follow up promptly
• Manage quotations through to successful delivery
• Draft professional sales correspondence
• Build long-term client relationships

Skills & Experience

• Freight forwarding or export sales experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience preparing quotes and tenders
• Negotiation and key account management skills
• Strong administrative, numerical, and IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise
