Crynodeb
Welcoming and arriving patients onto Systm1. Managing the reception desk and responding to patient queries in person. Supporting clinicians by keeping patient flow running smoothly. In the unlikely event of clinician sickness or other reason, cancelling clinics on the morning. Preparing and ensuring safe handover of blood samples for collection at the end of the clinic. Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies. Assisting with other administrative and reception duties such as re-booking patients if necessary or signposting any walk in patients to other services.
