Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the timely assessment and appropriate care navigation ofacutely ill patients that are referred via the SPOA Is completed using the appropriate clinical assessmenttool for triage and carers needs.The post holder will be responsible for offering clinical leadership within the boundaries of the specificprofession and offer managerial and operational support to the registered and non-registered members ofthe team.The Digital Hub Team Lead has a fundamental role in ensuring the caring environment is conducive towellbeing and the effective delivery of budgetary, workforce and resource management. If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £54.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £16.
