Business Operations Manager37 hours per week, all year round£41771.00 - 42839.00 per annumWe are seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in the effective running of our school. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong leadership skills, an excellent understanding of budget management and a keen awareness of Health and Safety compliance to make a meaningful impact on the daily life and long-term success of our school community.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the school’s business and operational functions, including finance, HR, premises and health and safety.Work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to support the strategic development of the school.Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and resource planning to ensure effective use of funds.Line manage support staff and promote a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and professional development.Ensure compliance with statutory and safeguarding requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes across the school.About You:Experienced in managing business or operational functions, ideally within an educational or public sector setting.Strong financial and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.Confident leader and communicator with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approach to work.Committed to supporting the school’s values and contributing to the success of its students.If you are a motivated and forward-thinking professional looking for a rewarding role in education, we would love to hear from you.We welcome applications from all who feel they have the qualities to contribute to this Ofsted rated ‘Good’ Academy.
