Assist in setting up and meticulously clearing away the crèche area, ensuring a clean, hygienic, and secure environment.

Manage confidential parent and child information responsibly.

2. Childcare and Play

Provide attentive personal care, including feeding and changing as required.

Build positive and trusting relationships with children, helping them settle in quickly and feel comfortable.

Address minor behaviour issues calmly and consistently, promoting a positive atmosphere.

3. Communication

Liaise professionally with the Crèche Lead and the Client’s staff (Family Hubs).

Communicate courteously and effectively with parents during drop-off and pick-up.
