We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group.

Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and grow? Whether you have previous warehouse experience or are looking to transfer your skills from another sector, we want to hear from you!

This position is a Fixed Term Contract until 30th October 2026.

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and administer internal training events, inductions, and Toolbox Talks.
Manage e-learning platforms, upload courses, and maintain accurate training records.
Lead evaluation and reporting of training activities, including attendance and learner hours.
Oversee internships, work experience, and apprenticeship programmes from start to finish.
Maintain and update internal L&D communications and digital learning content.
Promote equality, health & safety, and agile working practices across all L&D activities.

You don’t need Learning & Development Lead Experience —what matters is your attitude, willingness to learn, and transferable skills. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

A positive approach to learning new systems and processes.
Customer service skills from any industry are a plus!
