My client is a family-owned and operated, single-site small animal practice that has been providing professional, compassionate care to the St Albans community since 1904. With over a century of trusted service, they remain dedicated to delivering exceptional veterinary care while supporting their team to thrive personally and professionally.
About the Practice
This long-established practice prides itself on creating a friendly, supportive, and collaborative environment where veterinary professionals are empowered with clinical autonomy and the tools they need to deliver outstanding care.
The clinic is well-equipped with the latest diagnostic technology, including a digital x-ray, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, and multi-parameter anaesthetic monitoring.
Many of the team have been with the practice for over 20 years, a testament to the supportive culture and strong sense of belonging. The current team includes 5 vets, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, and a dedicated Practice Manager — all working together to provide the best possible outcomes for patients and clients alike.

The Role

What’s on Offer:
• Salary: £36,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
• 4-day week, plus an extra Friday off after working a Saturday
• No OOH
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings only (9am–1pm, appointments only)
