The Ealing Mental Health Support Team is seeking to recruit four Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioners/Supervisors. The posts offers an opportunity for experienced practitioners to progress to a more senior role while continuing to develop further their clinical skills. Two of the successful candidates will step into current vacancies within the team and two will support the new wave of educational mental health practitioner trainees. All successful candidates will be expected to complete the CYP Psychological Therapies (Previously CYP-IAPT) Supervisor course and we strongly recommend for all interested in this roles to apply simultaneously using the link in the attached to this vacancy application guide.

We are looking for passionate practitioners who have been qualified for at least 2 years and are keen to support an innovative early intervention team that provide direct interventions for mild-to-moderate low mood, anxiety and behaviours that challenge, into schools; as well as wider whole school approach interventions, such as group work, workshops, wellbeing assemblies and classroom interventions.
Our team has grown significantly over the last two years, and we place a lot of emphasis on wellbeing and creating an environment where people want to stay and develop. We have a lot of positive feedback from staff about the team, and continue to value their contributions and feedback to further support the development of the team.

The successful candidates will be working as Senior Practitioners/Supervisors delivering evidence-based interventions to children, young people, and families within school settings.

As part of formal supervisor training, they will provide clinical and skills-based supervision with the support of a team lead.

We invite applications from qualified EMHPs with significant experience interested in developing their clinical and supervisory skills.
