As a Senior Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Brentwood Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including HCPC registration. You bring a passion for high standards in perioperative care, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible and motivated team worker.
As a Senior Scrub Practitioner you will;
- Work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities which are all state-of-the-art
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
- Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
- Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with us at Nuffield Health
- Experienced in completing clinical audits where appropriate - full training will be provided

- Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker. You will also be flexible and motivated
- Promote the best evidence based practice within own scope of practice
- Able to engage with colleagues at all levels across the hospital and contribute appropriately to achieving hospital goals within a multi-disciplinary team
