Hello! We are Vita Health Group and offer corporate, occupational health, private and sports physiotherapy services. We have a team of experts who value our clinical standards and customer service. We have a highly trained and experienced team of physiotherapists that are HCPC and CSP registered. Our holistic approach allows a variety of treatments which assist clients during their recovery.

What you will do in the role…

You will play a fundamental role in providing support to patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions by providing evidence based MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC and CSP Registration
  • Minimum 3 years' MSK experience (UK based)
  • IT literate – intermediate level minimum – using electronic patient management systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of enthusiasm and motivation
  • Ability to work individually or within a team and foster good working relationships Demonstrable skills and knowledge in Subjective and Objective assessment of MSK conditions
  • Ability work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to deescalate potential complaints
  • Excellent rapport building sills
  • Familiarity and confidence assess and coaching patients via video link
  • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion

Desirable:

  • Further qualifications, training or CPD within the Occupational Health field
  • Experience in Health coaching
  • Experience in diary management
  • Experience in managing a large caseload
  • Experience in corporate healthcare
  • Previous remote working
