Position: Math Teacher (Fixed Term Contract from January 2026 – January 2027)
Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week, term time
Salary Details: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly organised and well-qualified Maths teacher to join our friendly and supportive team and Great Dunmow school.
The successful candidate will be capable of inspiring pupils through their passion for the subject and have excitement and drive for teaching and learning and a desire to maximize student outcomes.

Cambian Great Dunmow School is an independent specialist provision that provides relevant, positive and high-quality education experiences and support for your child. We cater for children and young people aged 11 to 19 with ongoing social, emotional and mental health difficulties with associated complex needs.
A successful candidate should have:
- Suitable education qualifications such as QTS, a teaching degree or degree and PGCE.
- Successful experience of implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
- Knowledge of inclusive education that challenges students to reach meaningful outcomes for increased independence.
- Knowledge of current curriculum developments.
- Knowledge of child and adults safeguarding procedures.
- Understanding of the principles of good curriculum provision.
