We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services across our site. What You'll Be Doing
-Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
-Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
-Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
-Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.
What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a technically strong leader with:
-Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
-Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
-A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.

-Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude and eye for detail.
-Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically.
-Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
-City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
-NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
-18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
-Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)
-Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment
-Previous supervisory or team leader experience
