Summary
A warm and welcoming family in Holland Park is seeking a full-time, daily Housekeeper with some childcare to support their household and provide care for their three teenagers. With the children now older, the emphasis has shifted towards housekeeping and household organisation, while still requiring someone responsible and reliable to provide family support. This role is ideal for a candidate who is warm, flexible, and enjoys combining high-standard housekeeping with family care.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping (around 80% of the role):
• Daily cleaning, tidying, and maintaining household organisation
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing and making beds
• Helping in the kitchen, including meal prep and cooking sole when needed
• General household chores as required
Family support (around 20% of the role):
• Very occasional Driving children to and from after-school activities (car provided)
• Serving meals for children – family style food
• Providing supervision and care when parents are away or travelling (Flexibility occasional overnights during the week or weekends by agreement)
Requirements
• Previous experience as a housekeeper providing childcare in a private household
• Strong housekeeping and organisational skills
• Confident driver (essential, car provided on duty)
• Warm, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude
• Comfortable supporting teenagers
