Part time hours will be considered if successful at interview
• You willparticipatein triage for both spinal and pain patients referred into the IPASS service with support from the MDT whererequired, assimilating and gathering information to enable you to achieve this.
• You'llberesponsible forthe assessment and treatment for patients experiencing chronic pain and fatigue and helping them set and achieve value-based goalsalongside supporting and working others within the multi-disciplinary team.
• You will lead and deliver groups aimed at supporting those experiencing pain including specific movement and fibromyalgia groups.
• You willwork in collaboration with otherspecialists in Chronic Pain and Spinal conditionsincluding Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Medicsto deliver specialistinterventions to people withongoing pain.
• You willbe requiredtodemonstratedevelopment through acompetency basedevidence gathering process and be supported by experienced staff to do so.
• You’llbe basedat Finchampstead and deliver care ina number ofpremises acrossthe West ofBerkshire asrequired.

FOR SECONDMENT ROLES ONLY - If the secondment role becomes permanent, the successful candidate may be offered the permanent position.
The “must haves” for this role:
High levelof experience working in a musculoskeletal setting including assessment and treatment of spinal conditions.
Registered and accredited with Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) as aPhysiotherapist as well as be registered with the CSP.
Experience of workingwith chronic pain patients and an understanding of the specific needs of this patient group.
