We are expanding our operations and are seeking a Management Consultant / Business Analyst to support our strategic planning, operational improvement, and business development activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective operational and strategic solutions.
This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of business operations and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
• Conduct business analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Gather, interpret, and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver business improvement projects.
• Monitor performance metrics and develop performance dashboards or KPI reports.
• Assist with project management, market research, and competitor analysis.

Essential skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and at least one data analysis tool (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Python, or R).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma) is desirable.

Salary and visa eligibility:
This role falls under SOC Code 2423 – Management Consultants and Business Analysts, which is eligible for the Skilled Worker visa route.
The position meets the minimum salary requirement of £41,000 per year or the applicable ‘going rate’ for the occupation (whichever is higher), in line with the latest UK Home Office guidance.
