We are seeking a reliable and organised Night Shift Administrator on behalf of our client for their transport operation in Cumbernauld.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting drivers with debriefing at the end of their shift
Registering vehicle defects accurately
Preparing trip sheets for the following day
General administration support within the transport team
What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in transport or administration (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment
What’s on offer:
Competitive salary with additional night shift allowance (total package circa £35k)
4 on / 4 off shift pattern providing excellent work-life balance
Opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing team
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off
Hours: 19:00 – 07:00
