Job Summary

Duties
Lead and manage the nursery team to provide exceptional care for children aged 0-5 years.
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programmes that promote learning and development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Supervise daily activities, ensuring they are engaging, safe, and conducive to learning.
Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and support for staff members.
Assist in training new staff members in nursery procedures and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.
Previous management or leadership experience within a nursery setting is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
Experience working with children is crucial; familiarity with nursery practices is preferred.
