As a Transaction Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the sales process — ensuring customers receive the best experience while maintaining compliance and driving performance. You’ll support and guide a motivated sales team, helping them deliver exceptional results across finance, insurance, and additional product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all finance, insurance, and warranty transactions to ensure FCA compliance.
- Support the Sales Executives in closing deals and achieving business targets.
- Deliver training and mentoring to upskill the team in finance and insurance products.
- Monitor performance through detailed monthly reporting.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment while achieving sales excellence.
About You
- Proven experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager, or Sales Controller within a franchised dealership.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on achieving results through others.
- Excellent understanding of finance and insurance processes and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a professional approach and strong communication skills.
- Motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
