Car Sales Manager – Hereford
Our Client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Hereford, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to lead their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to make a real impact within a growing business.
What’s on Offer:
- Up to £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Uncapped OTE exceeding £55,000 annually
- Personal company car
- 31 days holiday, increasing with service
- Manufacturer-approved training and development
- Benefits including health & dental care, pension, staff discounts, free MOTs, and servicing
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9:00am-6:00pm), plus Saturday and Sunday on a rota
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 3 Sales Executives and a Business Manager
- Achieve and surpass sales targets across vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Implement efficient processes and control costs
- Maintain brand standards and operational policies
Requirements:
- Proven Car Sales Manager experience within a franchise dealership
- Strong background in vehicle sales, especially in finance & insurance
- Stable employment history in supervisory roles
- Motivated, results-driven, and an inspiring leader
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Located near Hereford with a valid UK driving licence
