Senior Technician required for Automotive workshop in the Croydon area.
Our Client, an Automotive workshop is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.
Benefits:
- Basic salary starting at £45,000, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
- Potential for earnings up to £50,000+ including bonuses
- Bonus structure based on team performance and individual achievements
- Monthly team bonus averaging around £100-£250

- Chance to work with a reputable main dealer network, including brands like BMW, Audi, VW, and Mercedes-Benz
- Opportunity to be part of a new commercial vehicle workshop opening nearby soon
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing Complex Faults
- Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
- Working on Complex Repairs
- Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller
Requirements:
- Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
- A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
- Methodical problem-solving skills
For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45000.
The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, with two breaks and a 30-minute lunch break, Saturdays: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (rotational).
