Hours: 15 per week, 2 days out of 7 inc. Bank Holidays working 08:00-16:00 or 14:00-22:00.
As part of the Early Intervention Community Team the Band 3 Administrator will work alongside the existing Administrator, Senior Administrator, Clinical Team Leads and Service Manager in supporting the Early Intervention Community Team activities.
The Early Intervention Community Team is looking for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join a busy office and become a member of a dynamic service.

The successful candidate will have a good level of general education with good communication and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and process work accurately.
You will need to be computer literate with a working knowledge of window based computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
The post will involve a range of general admin and clerical support including data entry, copy typing, filing, answering the telephone, receiving referrals and using clinical systems such as RiO, MAPS and e-Procurement.
