We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our growing and dynamic Cover Team. In this key role, you will provide high quality classroom supervision across all subjects, ensuring students continue to learn, thrive and make progress during both planned and unplanned teacher absences.
All new Cover Supervisors will benefit from a comprehensive induction and training programme before starting in the role. This includes a full week of induction covering behaviour management, safeguarding, classroom routines alongside opportunities to observe experienced teachers and gain hands-on experience with our core teaching and learning tools. This supportive start ensures you feel confident, prepared and ready to make a real impact from day one.
This is a permanent, term-time position, working 8:15am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday. Full training will be provided, and you will receive ongoing support to develop your confidence and classroom skills.
