Make a difference as a Nursery Practitioner in New Malden!
This wonderful nursery in the heart of New Malden is currently looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner who holds at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare. This is a permanent position to work full time (37 hours per week over 4 days) and to start ASAP.
This nursery aims to provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment for every child and is a great place to work for anyone who is truly passionate about childcare and early years education.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be working as part of a dedicated team and supported by a senior leadership team who truly care about every member of staff and prioritise staff wellbeing. It is a collaborative working environment where you will have the opportunity to share ideas.

A relevant qualification (minimum Level 3) in Early Years or Childcare is essential and previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting would be desirable for this Nursery Practitioner role.
Your responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner will include:
• Planning and delivering activities that suit each individual child's stage of development
• Supporting children's development of personal, social and emotional skills
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships and communications with parents/carers
• Washing and changing children as required
• Keeping a record of your key children's development and learning journeys
• Being flexible and prepared to help out where needed
• Recording accidents and incidents
